INFORMATION FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under Article. 49 paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code,
and in accordance with and within the limits of the Law Decree n. 206/2005, as amended (the Consumer Code), the customer has the right, within 14 days of receipt of the required goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

In addition to the General Conditions of Sale of {COMPANY}
The customer must return the purchased goods, unused and undamaged, in its original packaging complete in all its parts, together with a copy of the order confirmation and a paper copy of the purchase receipt, within 14 days of receipt of goods to Our address.

The customer is responsible for the decrease in value resulting from the handling other than that it would be sufficient to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the asset.
Shipping costs for the return of the asset are charged to the customer. Are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Art. 59 Consumer Code) ‘assets confenzionati customized or personalized.’
